What does “turnkey” actually include?+
Consultation, design with 2D and 3D renderings, equipment, freight and warehousing, demolition and haul-away of old equipment, installation by our own crews, safety surfacing, and a final walk-through with safety documentation and an inspection schedule.
What safety surfacing options are there?+
Wood mulch ($), rubber mulch ($$), artificial turf ($$$), and pour-in-place rubber ($$$$). We’ll spec what fits your traffic, accessibility needs, and budget — all to ASTM fall-attenuation depths.
Our dream is bigger than this year’s budget. Now what?+
We design the full playground, then build it in phases across budget years — the proposal shows the phases and each one’s number. We’ve done this for several clients, including multi-site county projects.
Where do you work?+
Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama, with our own crews. Showrooms in Augusta, Columbia, Greenville, and North Augusta. Public bids welcome — we do about 100 commercial jobs a year.
Are you certified for public projects?+
We meet or exceed ASTM, CPSC, IPEMA, and ADA standards, with CPSI-certified staff. You’ll get the documentation your board, insurer, or grant program needs.
