A $500 refundable deposit will save your place on our installation schedule. The full balance for your Noble Quest Installation Package is due after installation.

Installation Day!!!
Our Noble Quest crew will arrive in the time window we confirmed with you previously. Most sets are built in a day, and you do not have to be home for the installation. If the weather turns on us, we will call you before we arrive and reschedule.

Playset Tour & Balance Due
The leader of your Noble Quest crew lead will walk the entire playset with you and, after checking every bolt and swing hanger, register your warranty with Rainbow. Your final balance is due AFTER that walk-around, not before.

A Noble Quest designer will walks the site with you, take measurements, review access and drainage, and assess the expected function of the playground.
Step 2
Design & Proposal
We will draft a visualization of the playground, an equipment list, a proposed installation timeline, and a quote.
This step varies slightly based on the type of project and its requirements.
Step 3
Installation Day!
Our CPSI-certified team will return to the site to begin the installation process, ensuring that all play equipment meets CPSI standards and safety surfacing meets ASTC fall-attuned depths.
Step 4
Inspection & Maintenance
The leader of your Noble Quest crew will inspect the finished playground with you and register your equipment with the manufacturer's warranty. From then on, you are on our maintenance schedule for regular inspections and repairs!

Our Noble Quest team will pressure-wash your play equipment and reseal the wood so it keeps its rich color. The price of this visit varies by size of equiptment.
Moving & Reinstall
Moving? Our Noble Quest crew will disassemble your playset, move it, and rebuild it at your new address! The price of this service varies by set size and distance.
Safety Inspection
One of our CPSI-certified inspectors will check your hardware, swing hangers, surfacing, and fall zones, then hand you a written report with anything that needs attention... or give you the "all clear!"

At Noble Quest, we offer a free site visit within 20 miles of any showroom. We will measure your yard, help you design your ideal playset, and confirm the price before collecting any deposit!
Questions people ask before they buy
What size playset will fit in my yard?
Our website will list dimensions and clearance requirements for everything we sell, but we can also consult with you and even come to your home to measure the yard ourselves! :D
Do I need to prepare the yard for install myself?
We just need a path wide enough for the crew's cart. If you choose one of our Installation Packages (Standard, Premium, and Elite), we will handle levelling your yard on the day of install! We can also take care of safety surfacing for you, whether that's mulch or pour in place -- ask for a quote today!
How long until my playset is ready to play with in our yard?
The average time between your order and installation is 4 weeks. Order by November 26th to have your backyard playset installed by Christmas!
We will confirm your installation time with you ahead of time, and keep an eye out for confirmation texts from us about a week before your installation day!
Who installs my playset, and what is the price of installation?
Our Noble Quest crew handles all of our installation. We have three levels of Installation Packages for residential clients inside our territory in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. Ask a member of the Noble Quest team for more details. Commercial installation varies by project.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
All Rainbow Playsets come with a manufacturer's limited Lifetime Warranty. Warranties for commercial equipment vary by dealer.
We are happy to send you the warranty sheet with your order. We will also help you register all of your equipment with the manufacturer after installation.
Can I make monthly payments on my play equipment order?
Yes! We partner with Affirm, and other ways to pay are listed beside each product and presented at checkout.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Your deposit is refundable in full until you schedule your installation date. If the yard is not ready in time, we hold the set and pick a new day. After scheduling, returns follow the policy printed on your order, available on the playset page and at checkout.
Can I see the equipment before I buy?
Yes! You can visit any of our three showrooms by appointment, and we can plan a free site visit within reasonable driving distance of any of them!
Do you handle public bids and co-op purchasing?
Yes! We respond to public bids across Georgia and the Carolinas and can quote through purchasing cooperatives, which saves you the bid process. Grant-funded projects are welcome; we have helped county programs stretch HOME funds, as well.
What does a commercial proposal include?
A commercial proposal includes a drawing of the proposed playground, an equipment list, safety surfacing, the install timeline, and our quote. This one-page proposal is a great tool for presenting to board, committees, etc. :)
