By providing my phone number to Noble Quest Play Equipment I agree and acknowledge that Noble Quest may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. 1. Program Description

Noble Quest may send text messages through our business number (via 8x8) to provide you with project updates, playground design consultations, equipment quotes, installation support, and occasional promotional offers or maintenance tips.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive recurring messages for ongoing projects (e.g., shipping updates) or up to [4] marketing messages per month.

3. User Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our forms, you give Noble Quest prior express written consent to send you automated and manual text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Cost

Noble Quest does not charge for our SMS service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check with your wireless provider for details on your text and data plan.

5. How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from Noble Quest, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers

9. Limitation of Liability

Noble Quest is not responsible for any delays or failures in the transmission or receipt of any mobile messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator
